The PRO275 to PRO500 models have been developed closely with FG Wilson’s rental fleet operators. The PRO Rental range is tailored specifically with low operation costs in mind. This robust range of generators are both efficient and will offer a long operating lifespan. This is ideal for businesses and organizations working to strict budgets.
The PRO range are setup with 500 hour service intervals. 1000 hour service intervals are optional on request. Fuel consumption is low due to the efficient design of the generators. Expanded fuel tank capacity is also available on request. The PRO range meets EUIIIa emissions requirements. This provides increased flexibility for the rental market. The PRO range can easily switch between 50 and 60 Hz while always maintaining emissions and noise certification.
The PRO275 to PRO500 range can satisfy varying load requirements. they are ideal industrial, manufacturing, events, oil & gas and construction applications. The PRO275 to PRO500 models are fitted with viscous clutch’s. This means the generator fans do not need to run continuously at full speed and power. All this vastly improves fuel efficiency lowering operating costs. The clutch also requires no maintenance whatsoever which leads to a longer running times.
Installation is easy with common component mounting positions. Cable access is directly underneath the control panel via the side of the generator. Customer connections isolated from the main breaker and grouped fuel connections along with baseframe lifting points, gauge and fill pipes as standard. Enclosures are fully galvanised with two coat polyester powder-coated finish. They offer excellent noise reduction.
Side hinged enclosure doors are removable which makes access for maintenance easier in cramped conditions. For security the enclosures are fully lockable. They are fitted with safety glass on the control panel. The fuel fill and the battery are locked behind access doors. The range comes with FG Wilson’s PowerWizard 2.1+ digital control panel as standard
The PowerWizard 4.1 digital control panel is available as an option and offers paralleling capability and the ability to customise panel outputs. FG Wilson will be appearing at the Executive Hire Show in the Ricoh Arena Coventry, Stand H46, from 8 and 9 February and will be exhibiting their PRO150 and PRO275 generator set models.
